incorporate your needs into a comprehensive Letter of Intent to use as the
framework for your lease, and keep working until the deal is done.

Coordination.  We can provide lease review and drafting services through our
affiliated law firm. If you prefer to use your current counsel, then we will be happy to
work with your lawyer to get the deal done. We can also help you find a space
planner, contractor, lease audit firm, or other service provider as needed.
